Liz and I went on two trips recently, and we actually remembered to 1) bring the camera and 2) take pictures. February 27 - March 2, I was in Philadelphia for a conference and Liz came up for the weekend. It was a lot of fun; there was a Frida Kahlo exhibit at the Philadelphia Museum of Art that was really good, and we also saw a Star Wars exhibit at the Franklin Institute. We saw a lot of historical things, too, and we plan to go back to see more.
Here are all of our Philadelphia photos, here are our pictures from the Star Wars exhibit, and here are a few of the good ones. (More to follow in later posts, most likely.)

The following weekend, we went to Texas Fear Fest in Dallas. They screened some old horror movies and had lots of panels with actors/directors/writers/etc. We got some pictures and autographs there, too.

Yes, Kane Hodder was actually choking me, and his hands are strong. My neck hurt for the rest of the day.
