Replaced the old SubVersion repository with the updated code base and split the project into trunk/branches/tags hierarchy.

New SVN site: http://chach-house.net/svn/chachradio/

to check out the latest version of the code using svn execute:
svn checkout http://chach-house.net/chachradio/trunk

Installed and implemented Redmine, a web based project management application written in Ruby.
